I've been working on a special secret project in the background of my business... it's an extra exciting project because it happens to be my hunky boyfriend. haha!
I'll bet you didn't necessarily expect that!
His name is Bradley Wik and he's an incredible musician, songwriter and producer. I swear he hears things in music that I couldn't even begin to explain. I'm obviously biased, but I find him to not only be very good looking, but also extremely talented (to the point that it's not fair). ;)
The project I've been working on is his latest album. Bradley Wik and Charlatans is his band, and he's releasing his second album entitled, "In My Youth, I'm Getting Old..."
Well ain't that the truth!
This album is being released, drum roll please...
Recording an album can be quite the uphill battle. Some people never tell you about the extreme struggles that take place, the toll it can take on you and those around you, and the pressure you can feel to make something sound as great in real life as it sounds in your head. Bradley worked with multiple people/companies to get this record out. Some of the experiences were great and others were downright awful.
Getting your art recorded, produced, mastered, printed and marketed to the masses is no small task. People aren't kidding when they say a lot of blood, sweat and tears goes into making music...because it's entirely true.
I'm very proud to be a part of this album. I'm even more proud I got to be a support to this incredibly talented man.
I hope you are wowed.
I hope you tell your friends.
And I hope you buy it!
So here's what I helped with:
Photography, Album Art, Vinyl Art, CD Art, T-Shirts, Website and of course some backing vocals.
Obviously this project is near and dear to my heart, but I'm also incredibly excited to share it with you!
CD Cover Art
I'm obsessed with this T-Shirt. Just sayin'.
Bradley will be performing a LIVE private concert wherever you are...all you have to do is tune in! 2 shows - LIVE on Periscope - 9pm EST & PST (Eastern & Specific Time) - if you're the first person to name that joke in the comments below, you get a free CD. ;)
