Where do your limiting beliefs come from?

Today’s episode is brought to you by the many words that have been spoken to me, that were never meant for me. In this week’s episode we’re going to talk about our limiting beliefs and start to figure out where some of them came from. Honesty time… a lot of the beliefs you hold onto about yourself, are not from you.

Click the button(s) to listen above and start to unravel where your limiting beliefs might originate. You’ll be surprised what comes up for you and challenged to believe that everything you “know” about yourself is, in fact, true.

Four Core Platforms for a Financial System

Four Core Platforms for a Financial System

If you’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it a thousand times: systems are the lifeblood of your business.

Having a complete system for your money is a vital part of running your business and the basis of this system relies on four core platforms.

5 Ways to Make Writing a Habit

5 Ways to Make Writing a Habit

If you are a human being, you are well aware that creating healthy habits is harrrrrrd. It’s very easy to make the other kind of habits, the ones you can’t seem to shake. But sticking to good habits? Not so easy.

Writers are no exception to this rule, which is strange because we love to write. Writing is our passion, our calling, our outlet. So why is it that days, weeks (ahem—months) roll by and we continue to wish that we had time to write, all while snuggling on the couch for another Netflix marathon?

5 Strategies to Better Alignment

5 Strategies to Better Alignment

When I feel out of alignment, I think more with my head than with my heart. I do things from a place of force and not flow. I plan and think so much about the possibilities, and focus too little on the action of making it happen.

Can you relate to this?

Feeling like you are putting in all of the effort and struggling to get something in return and then beating yourself up for the struggle?

I’m raising my hand and waving it with you too, sister!

What is a business coach?

What is a business coach?

Sometimes the most basic questions are the most helpful right? So often I think we confuse what coaching is, so I want to make sure you know what you’re hiring for before you hire your first coach (or maybe even second, third, and so on…).

How To Use One Small Step to Transform Your Goals

How To Use One Small Step to Transform Your Goals

For years, my mornings were a complete mess.

I had this goal of getting to journal and read every morning, but I had every excuse in the book to not make this happen (plus a whole lotta bad habits backing up my excuses).

I used to wake up about 20 minutes before I needed to be out the door, on the road, and ready for work.

Back when I worked in a more corporate setting, I often showed up late… ugh. I was always frazzled, always frustrated, and my commute was so beyond irritating it wasn’t even funny.

I always wanted some kind of morning routine, but I just didn’t have the time — like ever.

So when I finally quit and started working for myself, I thought, THIS! This is the answer! Once I work from home I’ll be able to journal and read in the mornings, because I’ll finally have the time.

As we pulled into the driveway of our Anaheim, classic ranch style home with the cutest bright peach colored door... I felt a sense of belonging.

Have you ever felt that? That sense that THIS is exactly where you’re meant to be, and this is EXACTLY what you’re meant to be doing.
