How To Use One Small Step to Transform Your Goals

For years, my mornings were a complete mess.

I had this goal of getting to journal and read every morning, but I had every excuse in the book to not make this happen (plus a whole lotta bad habits backing up my excuses).

I used to wake up about 20 minutes before I needed to be out the door, on the road, and ready for work. 

Back when I worked in a more corporate setting, I often showed up late… ugh. I was always frazzled, always frustrated, and my commute was so beyond irritating it wasn’t even funny. 

I always wanted some kind of morning routine, but I just didn’t have the time — like ever. 

So when I finally quit and started working for myself, I thought, THIS! This is the answer! Once I work from home I’ll be able to journal and read in the mornings, because I’ll finally have the time.
