When it comes to your brand design you need different elements, sizes, shapes and consistency throughout the design. A logo is like a hammer. Which is great for a lot of different things, but really sucks when all you need is a philips screw driver. A hammer can’t be used as a philips screwdriver, so then, you’re just stuck. You can try to use other tools to make do, but all in all, it doesn’t work well, it’s certainly NOT as easy and the end product is probably not as good, strong and sturdy as you’d like it to be (if you even get to an end product, usually we just give up).
Look, the reality is that people want to work with people. They don’t want to work with some stiff robot creature that seemingly has no personality. I know that sounded harsh, but think about it…think about how YOU decide who to work with. What’s one of the first things you look for?
A photo! of that person of course.
