Each day you will be given a challenge that can be achieved that day. No waiting or hesitating, these challenges are simple enough to be accomplished the same day without a ton of extra thought, and the results you will experience…? Well, let’s just say, they’re going to be surprising and awesome.

What to expect in the challenge:
Each day you will be emailed a new Brave Fear challenge to complete by the end of that day. Easy peasy.
If you post to social media, use the hashtag #BraveFearChallenge and #IamBraveFear while also tagging @IamBraveFear and @BrianneWik so we can find your posts and encourage you!
Now, simply knowing the fact that we’re human, and fearful, I want to make sure we’ve got some accountability happening to help you along the way.
So, each day you will check in to the Brave Fear Community on Facebook. Find the challenge for that day and use the comments section to share what you’re doing, celebrate that you did it!, share what you’ve experienced, and ask for help if your fears are getting the best of you…
Let me and the community inside this group keep you motivated and on track. You only have to commit to this for 5 days, so really commit. Now. Take a moment to truly decide and make the commitment to taking Brave Fear action for 5 days in a row.
